Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you fail to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time, the full booking amount may be charged.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
